Why doesn't Jr get the good stuff?

I find it hard to believe that Hendrick's is not giving Jr. the good stuff. After all it is JR, why wouldn't they want him to succeed. What up with AG and LM thinking they know better than CK and ST? Something is wrong.

    What ever is going on with Hendrick they need to get in JR a fast car.
